Peter Rose + Partners

Peter Rose + Partners is an award-winning architecture and urban design firm founded in Montreal in 1978. The practice moved to Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1992, when founding principal Peter Rose (BA/MArch, Yale University) took up a position as Adjunct Professor of Architecture at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. Today, Rose remains deeply involved with architectural education, even as his firm has become recognized around the world for projects such as Montreal’s Canadian Center for Architecture, the Brookside School at Cranbook in Detroit, and the Sert Gallery for Contemporary Art at Harvard’s Carpenter Center. Along with his team of expert designers and skilled managers, Rose adheres to a simple design philosophy: to be good a listener, an agile thinker—and most importantly, a skilled collaborator.
